Flying upwards with Cowboy Hat is much faster than it is in the original PR2 client.
This only happens when you have a Cowboy Hat, and does not happen if you are swimming in water without a Cowboy Hat.
Your speed with the Cowboy Hat is also dependent on your Acceleration stat when it shouldn't be.
