Honestly I'm not impressed with what I've seen either. I'm not sure what everyone is so hyped up over, it looks like PR2 with a few changes like PR3 was, and that game flopped too. If someone else wants to chime in about how much it's improved over PR2, please enlighten me.

As far as I've seen, it has a few new gameplay mechanics, but nothing revolutionary or mind blowing. The same kind of mechanics I've seen in other platformers for over a decade now.

I've been working on this cool concept for Pr4 that could be a massive game changer. All you have to do is join forces with me and I'll disclose all the details with you. It's a hit or miss situation but it's way different and much more thrilling than Pr4 on Github. I just need someone to take pictures and support this idea.

I've thought about it, and I was originally going to call the thread, Expectation vs. Reality. lol. But, nahh, I've got something bigger in play. Now if this plan doesn't work, then I'll probably do that then.

  • New Backgrounds
  • AI BOTS
  • Boss fights
  • Hat(s)
  • Campaigns
  • New Weapons/Gadgets

I need more people on my team to help me with this project because I can already see where this PR4 Github project is going. It simply cannot compete with others on Steam without my innovative vision and guidance.

Are you sure about that? Because I have a lot of "next level" ideas that could skyrocket Pr4 to the moon. I need someone to at least help me look over my scripts for the ideas and all. You're like one of the best writers I know. You told a few stories and instantly had a bunch of people gravitate towards the way you told it. Just by the intricate details and all. If I can get the masses, then PR4 won't be a disappointment.

You and I both agree that there's something wrong with this audience. I've seen so many mistakes that they've made with this Pr4 Github project that it's not even funny. Bro, I'm really close to creating a thread and shitting on this Pr4 Github thing because I care enough not to watch this thing rot into the ground.

I believe the peeps working on the github with jiggmin are mostly reskinning it with pr2 textures to get rid of the AI generated assets which were there to begin with. I did see some people talk about having multiple tilesets which will be interesting to see if it'll be done. I guess that just depends on how many people would be up for making the art for said tilesets
