I learned it as "ess kyoo ell", later switched to "sequel" once I started working

It's hard to remember that it's "Sequel"
Not as clever as Qt being "Cute" But I'm sure the longer you stay around older coders the more they'll teach you to say Sequel

I've used both at different times, just to keep things interesting.

I've heard it's supposed to be like "Sequel" but I'd say as "S, Q-L" (individual letters with a longer pause between the S and Q than between the Q and L)
