My wife is challenging me to eat completely vegetarian for a month and…tbh…I think it’s super doable. I think the hardest thing for me to not eat will be like canned tuna or deli meats. For pizza that’s easy just load up on veg! And then it’s also easy to sub meat for like Tofu or Gardein crumbles or soy curls or seitan (which is WILDLY easy to make homemade btw)
