Stepping away from PR2 development

Thank you @bls1999 for putting 8 years into this game. I know we never saw eye-to-eye but you made PR2 more enjoyable with these new things that got introduce from 2018 to now.

I hope your life journey takes you far and where you want to be at and get to enjoy what you learned from PR2. I hope you're right that the next gen can prolong PR2 history because we came far from just "A Flash Game"

I hope to see you still randomly in PR2 and maybe we can race randomly ^_^

The changes you made breathed new life into PR2. I hope it was as fun to see what the players did with your updates as it was for us to design and race using them.
I now, those changes feel fresh and exciting to explore.
