@Mia My neighbor's Pitbull makes strange noises almost everyday. I don't understand why they don't take their dog to the vet or something because it sounds really sick.

They probably need to take it to the vet, or they might be mistreating it.

It's so sad, the neighbor above me yells at his dog and yanks on his leash in public, who knows what that poor dog is going through behind closed doors. Next time I see it happen, I'm calling the non-emergency number and reporting it as animal abuse.

Jiggmin recently made a return to the JV Discord Server where people were offering feedback and suggestions. There was so much activity in the #pr4 channel that they decided to move the suggestions over to JV.

So far, all he did was re-skin Pr2 and updated the graphics with different blocks.
