[Game] Musical Evenizer Highscore Submission Not Working

The highscore submission for Musical Evenizer isn't working currently
You can't change the name field and even if you click submit it doesn't add it to the highscore list

Are you playing it here? If so, it could be a Ruffle bug. Are you able to reproduce the issue in an Adobe Flash Player Projector?

If you still have flash installed, download the SWF and open it. Or download the latest one of these and open the SWF from URL.

Debugged with Camer offline.

There were actually 2 issues:
- A PHP error was causing score submission to fail
- Name entry is a Ruffle issue

I fixed the first. You can report the second as a Ruffle bug on the Ruffle GitHub link.
