Remember when I spoke of introducing a SUPER WEAPON into Pr2 that could potentially draw in new players? Well, it's on its way. You see, the reason I've dreaded tackling this project is simply because I had no drawing skills at all. Not to mention, I haven't the slightest idea as to what my 16th hat creation would look like. But, now it's all come clear to me.

I think that Pr2 needs something with a creative edge, and an antagonist as well as a protagonist. This bone chilling conversation that I've put together between the Artifact Hat, and the Aftermath Hat, explains what my intentions will be for the future of Pr2. Aftermath isn't complete, but once I'm done with its imperfections in illustrator and all, it will be good to go and I will release a video demonstrating its superpowers, how you can obtain the hat, its game mechanics, new SFX, and more.

Believe me, I'm going to make you struggle immensely for this hat because unlike the Artifact Hat, you will suffer double the amount of stress that you went through with this hat; I will also promote a new game mode as well. In the mean time, please enjoy the video! Also, here is an UPDATED hat tierlist for the current 15 hats that we have now. I'm curious to see everyone's final thoughts before the 16th hat gets unleashed.

I rate the hats in terms of the design, game mechanics, and the name.

Problem: Can't create new lines when writing a PM during a race.
Type of Problem: Client
Expected Behavior: Pressing Enter creates a new line in the PM.
Actual Behavior: Pressing Enter sets focus to the race chat message box.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem:
1. Enter a race
2. View a player and click Send PM
3. Press Enter in the PM text field
A new line will not be created. Instead, the race chat will be focused.

Additional Information:
It appears that pressing Enter will always focus/unfocus the race chat regardless of what is currently focused or displayed.

Not sure if this is a bug, but it can be a bit annoying sometimes.

Problem: Lobby chat automatically scrolls down to the bottom when you click on the message text box
Type of Problem: Client
Expected Behavior: Clicking on the message text box does not affect the view of chat messages
Actual Behavior: Clicking makes it scroll to the bottom

Steps to Reproduce the Problem: 
1. In the chat lobby, scroll up a little bit
2. Left or Right Click on the message box at the bottom
The chat will immediately scroll back down to the bottom

Additional Information:
The auto-scrolling also happens when you click on other things such as:
• The Send button
• The Join Room button
• The text in the tabs
• The area containing a level and its title
• A player's username
• The area containing the contents in the level pop-up

and
• Pressing Enter to send a message

When JV went down years and years ago, I was sad, but grew out of it.

I was nostalgic for PR2 recently and somehow found my way back to the revived JV. So excited to see it up and running again. So here's my formal return, I guess.

The shapes tile a 2d infinite surface with no gaps with a never-repeating pattern when flips aren't permitted, with the two shapes on the right having a never-repeating pattern regardless of if flips are allowed or not

They were looking for a shape like this for 60 years after Penrose Tiling, they had found one a few months ago but this one required flips to tile with a never-repeating pattern, this one does it without flips

Hi all  

I was thinking of JV and PR2 this morning and that resulted in me finding my way to here. I had remembered that some folks had started up a replacement after the original went down, but I had never taken the time to come over and say hello. Its been many many years since I've talked to most folks from JV that I used to hang out with - though there are a couple I'm still in touch with from time to time (shout out FFC and Slidin). I've lost touch with most folks.

I just wanted to say in the off chance any of my old friends happen to see this, thank you to everyone who allowed younger me to feel welcomed and accepted. That was something I didnt find often IRL, and I'm not sure I would've ever found without the folks I met here. So thank you.

I would like to add a method of reporting chat conversations. This would complete the moderators' reporting suite across messages, levels, and now chats.

I can't believe this has never been suggested...
