One guess as to what that upgrade is.

In Platform Racing 2, since the lost Age Of Heroes, it has been painfully hard to rank up. If you were rank 25 back in the day, you were considered a pro based on that alone. Now, people complain that it is too hard to rank up, even with it being easier to gain experience with macroing, or simming, and it is. After around rank 45, the exp between levels starts to get unreasonable. Ranking up by racing normally starts to get impossible after around rank 52, you would need thousands of 1st place races with 4 exp hats to do it, which, in the game's current state, won't be happening.
Players like to level up, it's always nice to level up, but it's also nice to reach a set cap and never have to level up again. This is something that would be a big achievement and very satisfying to do. Lowering the exp between ranks after 45 significantly and setting a weekly experience cap of around 200000, might be a good idea, and setting a cap for levels. 
100 Speed, 100 Acceleration, and 100 Jumping should only be obtainable with the advent of Happy Hour, to keep Happy Hour special. Rank 100 seems like a good maximum, and is the general standard. Players would strive to get to the max rank, and then be satisfied for once, with their rank in Platform Racing 2. Every game I have ever played has had some form of level cap, but never have I played a game other than Platform Racing 2 in which you can not reach a max level, if there even is one. It's silly to make players race thousands of times to get through one rank, many will agree here, it just doesn't make sense. 200000 Experience is a reasonable number for a weekly cap, with normal racing, you can get around 1000 in a race, if you have 4 exp hats and are racing people above rank 40, so it would still be hard to reach this cap.. This change would make players less attracted to macroing, or simming, let's be real here, the things people do in PR2 for exp is just ridiculous, it was never intended, and it's annoying to login and see people online who aren't actually there. 

In another game I played, it showed your total experience gained while playing through the entire game, and every 10 levels your total experience  doubled. This seems like a decent way to make leveling work.

I do not see why they are there still (although there might be a reason I'm missing)
if a hacker hacked themselves a high rank or lots of tokens surely it'd be pretty obvious

The code referred to in lines 184 and 200 is what I'm talking about
(The code referred to in line 194 makes sense to me still though, in case there was a weird bug out where more tokens got used than were there or something)

EDIT: if you wanted a check still, you could soft check and then record the Name and IP if it failed the check

Problem: A push block randomly appears in a specific part of the level

So, I was playing Wired by Makie98 with someone else and when they got the end something super odd happened, a push block randomly appeared when they entered the 1 high passageway the block spawned in. They could go through it and didn't see it so it is just on my end:

So then I decided to see if the push block at the start would do, so I got on my alt as well and thought the same thing would happen, but this actually happened:
   
I couldn't push the block right even though it looked like I could

The push block was still there on both the alt's screen and my own (only showing alt's screen here):
   

And the thing that was the most weird was the push block didn't show up on my screen anymore, so the behaviour was different:

This update contains a few bug fixes, some small changes, and a new part.

Changes/Additions
- Added a new head. Happy Halloween! The Jack-o'-Lantern head is now available by logging into your PR2 account until November 2. You can earn the epic upgrade by winning Haunted House 2 by DareDevil1510.
- Holding shift while moving the camera in LE or a race will move the camera twice as fast. Thanks to @tadtad for suggesting this one!
- Added a method of refreshing the server list. You can now use a little refresh button next to the server list to refresh it (independent of the automatic refresh) every 10 seconds.

Fixes
- Page highlighting works properly again. Sorry for the delay in fixing this one. Thanks to @Stxtics for reporting it!
- Parts now show normally on login. There was a bug which caused contest winners to have their new parts set every time they logged in. Thanks to @AspectZero for reporting this!
- Ranking up to 3 or 20 no longer requires you to log out before being able to send PMs or create a guild. Thanks to @Camer the Dragon for reporting this bug!

I am also one of Age Of Heroes for Platform Racing 2 WHICH..... I join Platform Racing 2 after Platform Racing 3 due of myself, which I was wondering about "I wanna make a online website game" just before discovering Sparkworks on one of the imagine on Google. This is where I start......not until I look at the title of game and wonder, "What's after 3?" discovering both Platform Racing 1 AND 2 since 2010 when I was 10 years old. It's nice to see everyone here in this lov- cough cough cough lovely websites here for Jiggis in this fourm here.
