Problem: Unable to access level despite meeting rank requirement
Type of Problem: Client
Expected Behavior: The Rank X Needed overlay appears and disappears instantaneously as my rank changes after applying or removing Rank Tokens.
Actual Behavior: The Rank X Needed overlay does not respond to rank changes from applying and removing Rank Tokens.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem:
Here, I am logged in as a Rank 57 player and cannot access the level. This is correct behavior.


I apply 3 Rank Tokens, bringing my rank up to the rank requirement. However, I am still unable to access the level!


Logging out and logging back in causes the overlay to display correctly based on my rank, and I am now able to access the level. This is correct behavior.

But now I can remove 3 rank tokens and still play the level!


From another player's perspective, you appear to have hacked your way in!!!

(Also the Rank X Needed text is not centered, but that's a minor issue)

It would be a very good idea, to be able to play anytime, anywhere and new people would know the game. I love playing on mobile and it would be great to be able to play PR2 there (Also include being able to buy the crown or the cowboy hat and other things within the game on mobile).

Anyone checked on hat removers lately? ?

PR2 v161: Level of Customization

This update contains a bunch of new features, a new song, a new part, and some bug fixes.

Changes/Additions
- There are now some tooltips on the account tab. When mousing over the "?"s or the loadouts button, there will be tooltips that tell you more about them.
- All parts have been added to the part popups. This includes the artifact, Fred, and the very invisible set.
- The hat attack countdown is now 15 seconds. We got some great feedback after v160 that 5 seconds was too short a time for the countdown. Additionally, you'll now instantly finish if you're the last player in the game with the hats.
- New loadouts! You now have 10 loadouts. Thanks to @bazooka and @M!nt for suggesting this!
- New part! The blobfish head is now available to be won at Underwater World by Odin0030. Thanks for @~JBG~ for suggesting and drawing this!
- New song! Blizzard! by Majicke (aka @Lunanova) is now available in-game!
- You can now remember more than one account login at a time. Keep track of your many accounts with ease. This has the fringe benefit of getting around the tightening browser restrictions on cookies; however, it much more importantly gets rid of that icky "enter your password to log out" popup. Thanks to @Addy for the suggestion!
- You can now choose which hats to allow in your levels. Level creators of olde rejoice at not needing to make another clunky hat remover ever again. Thanks to @Mystery for the suggestion!

Fixes
- Server owners now have their own designation on the player popup. Previously, they showed as admins. Thanks for helping me test this, @AlphaZ!
- Night Shade by Goliathe is a bit louder now. A few people noticed that it was a tad quiet.
- Objective times now display properly when a player disconnects. Thanks to @Ashley766 for the report!
- The options popup now works as intended. Hooray for flash not throwing a tantrum and crashing the entire game if it doesn't have permission to do what it wants to do. Thanks to the multiple people who reported this over the years!

What game do you think will win? And what game do you want to win? There are of course a bunch of other categories but I don't want to clog this thread up so I'm just putting the GOTY nominees in this post, feel free to discuss any of the other categories though.

Personally I want FF7 Remake to win, I think Square Enix did an amazing job balancing nostalgia and bringing the game to a modern time with the satisfying combat, gorgeous graphics (textures issues aside ha), excellent updated soundtrack, as well as some new story additions. There are some valid criticisms, especially the ending which I too had a big problem with upon first completing it, but after realizing what they're overall going for I now find it quite interesting and am excited for the next entries. Overall it's a spectacular game, but I am biased as I'm a huge FF7 fan and am deeply invested in the story.

As for who I think will win, I do think FF7 Remake stands a good chance, but I really wouldn't be surprised if The Last of Us Part II wins as I believe critics have the majority of the say in who wins GOTY for this event. I did very much enjoy Last of Us 2 but I did have a problem with the second half of the game as I found it quite unnecessary and think it could've been completely fine with some cutscenes instead (and maybe a few brief gameplay flashbacks) as I already got the point of what they were going for much earlier so it just felt like it dragged on. There are some other story criticisms I have but I don't want to get into any spoilers. As for gameplay I would agree it's not very deep but I did enjoy it, although it is a bit shallow for the 25 or so hours length the game is. That said, the game is polarizing so I could also easily see it not winning. I don't think Animal Crossing or Doom Eternal have a chance at winning, which leaves Hades and Ghost of Tsushima. I haven't played Ghost of Tsushima or Hades but they are serious contenders, but I'll predict Ghost of Tsushima won't win. Going off what YongYea said and looking at the shear number of reviews Hades has a very good chance of winning but I don't think it'll edge out FF7 Remake or Last of Us II. So with all that I'll go ahead and predict FF7 Remake will win, I'm not completely confident in that answer and bias might be influencing that decision a little bit but breaking down all the options I think it makes the most sense. 

(pls don't think I'm hating on any of these games, I'm actually really looking forward to playing Ghost of Tsushima and trying Hades but just don't think they'll win, and while Animal Crossing: New Horizons has done very well I just don't see it winning GOTY either as those kinds of games just don't seem to win GOTY. Doom Eternal looks great but I don't think there's enough overall excitement for it)

Can I feel old yet

I'm pretty sure this issue is very rare and only happens with certain players such as this one, the issue being that I can't remove this player off my friend's list no matter how hard I try.

I think this has some relation to a name change from an old existing account to a new one and then the new account gets deleted or the user has changed their name again which makes it so the old account has their name given back again? Ok yeah that's quite confusing I'm not too sure how to describe it but since it's a bug I might as well suggest it here

Problem: When you click on the options menu to turn off art or swear fliter, the client freezes and you can't click on anything

Type of Problem: Client 

Expected Behavior: supposed to exit out normally and play the game

Actual Behavior: the client freezes and can't click anything

Steps to Reproduce the Problem: Open the options menu, you don't even have to click on anything, it just freezes once you close it.
